Next problem
A little background. I bought this car one year ago next month. I bought it not running from a shop that really had butchered this low mile beauty in a effort to get it running. I got the car running within a month. Then built a new Marelli harness. Then repaired the brakes. New rotors calipers, brake lines. Then a new top. Replaced a aftermarket radio with a original. Am still working through the neglect. Anyway, I have yet to run a full tank of fuel through it. Maybe 2-300 miles, topping it off often, because the fuel gauge has a mind of its own. Now, as it has once before, I realize that when the car gets fully hot, it begins to skip. Like a dead cylinder, or even two. New wires, rotor, cap, plugs, all replaced as part of the getting it running thing. The car starts and idles smooth as silk when its cold, and maybe even the first hour or so of driving. But then it starts skipping. Is this a problem any of you are familiar with?

could be a few issues
on the marelli side, the could could be breaking sown with heat soak as they are just by the throttle capstan , or it could be the modules over the top of the radiator
another issue is the actual injector wiring ( not just marelli ) in that when hot the wiring could be braking down, and or the plug to the injectors are not seated correctly if the clips are broken
you need to check every connection for security
