Harness connectors for telephone module

Harness connectors for telephone module
I have been trying to identify some of the harness connectors and wiring for the cellular phone control module for my 2001 XK8 Convertible. The wiring diagrams in the Electrical Guide do not seem to conform to my vehicle ( I did check the VIN number against the diagram and it looks OK)
There are, as per the Electrical Guide, two yellow Multilok 070 conncetors under the center console. From what I can make out, the yellow connector on the driver's side (LHD) is the IC1 connector, so by default the yellow connector on the passenger side should be the RT1 connector.
However the RT1 connector is shown in the Electrical Guide to be a 14pin multilock 070 yellow connector, whereas in my vehicle it is an 18 pin Multilock (although only some pins are actually equipped)
Additionally the Guide shows that Pins 6 7 8 9 and 10 carry the signals I need, and look to be the only pins in use on this connector. My vehicle has only 5 pins wired on the female side of the switch block. However the wire color codes are all different, and the pin numbers don;t seem to correspond either. I have not yet found a connector pinout diagram and can't see any pin numbers, but the Guide shows a 14 pin connector with
Pin Guide
6 U = Blue
7 U = Blue
8 UY = Blue/Yellow
9 UY = Blue/Yellow
10 GW = Green/White
On my vehicle I have an 18 Pin connector
White/Blue, starting in one corner of the switch block
Green/Blue - next pin
Green/Black- next pin
Green/Orange - next pin
and
Brown/Orange
there are 4 blank pin positions between GReen/Orange and BRown/Orange
Can anyone confirm or deny that this connector is indeed RT1? If so, why are the connector, wire color codes and pinouts different. And what functions are on each of my 5 wires?
Hope someone can help!

The phone connector is the one arrowed in red:
On early models it was a 10-Way and on later models, a 14-Way. The exact changeover varies with markets but it was 2002MY in the UK.
Here are the pinouts:

Hi GGG and thanks for the pinout pdf!
In your pic, I can see the yellow connector at the rear LHS of the center console, adjacent to the side wall. Is that IC1?
The only other yellow connector in my 2001 XK8 is against the RHS side wall in the same position at the rear of the center console and it is an 18way connector. I don't have a 14 way connector in the center like you (unless yours has been pulled off the male part of the connector on the rear RHS side wall?)

The photo in post #2 is my 2001 XK8 Coupe. It was not fitted with a factory phone although the usual microphone and steering wheel buttons for the phone were fitted. When the vehicle is not originally fitted with a phone, the harness terminated in the yellow female connector (10-Way early and 14-Way late)
The PO had seriously butchered the yellow 14-Way connector to fit a Motorola phone kit by cutting several of the wires. I've seen other XK8's where the yellow connector has been cut off completely to add an aftermarket phone.
Where a phone is factory fitted, there's an additional harness with a yellow male plug to connect to the yellow female socket. This is my 2005 XK8 Coupe with factory fitted Bluetooth showing the harness connection:
The earlier installation for the Motorola handsets is similarly connected with an additional harness going to the base unit in the cubby box.
The 14-Way connector is the only one you should need to hook up to for a phone installation.
