CD Changer not working- hope this helps...
I had my CD Changer gave me an error & wouldn't read the discs even if it ejects properly & looks like it had power. Anyway stumble into this guy's blog & tried it out...
What you know it worked for me. Saved me a few hundred bucks for repair or CD Changer replacement on my xtype.

This is exactly what I need to do for my broken CDC in my X-Type. However, this PDF is about a Mercedes CDC.
Can you assist/provide pictures for repairing a Jaguar CDC? I've been looking everywhere on how to fix it. Also, if you could show the wiring setup. I discovered in my X-Type that a lot of wires are not connected near the CDC. I would much appreciate it, as I am a student trying to save money. Thank you in advance!
