From what i see, you will need to cut every speaker wire in the front for this to work correctly, also you will need to mute the factory headunit upon activation.
I can help with this, which factory unit do you have installed?can you take a pic of the front of the radio for me?

hmmmm....I think there's also a way to feed the parrot in as an aux input in addition to or in lieu of your cd changer....if you are interested in doing it that way....
No doubt the premium system is making it rough on you, otherwise plug-n-play. Someone on the S-type forum has done a parrot-as-aux but not sure who...
