Parrott MKI-9200 fitted to X300? (non-prem)
Just curious if anyone's tried it?
I fitted a MKI-9200 to my daughter's 03 S-type a year or two ago and I really like the functionality. (Waaaay better/more useful than my wife's 05 with factory BT module) Would like to try one on the 95 VDP but no easy plug-n-play harness solution is available.
My thinking: "AutoLeeds" or something like that offers a jumper harness to adapt the OEM wiring to ISO for an aftermarket head unit. I think that, plus another oem pigtail cut from a donor wreck would allow fitment without cutting the car's wiring.
Just curious. I don't really want to depart from the OEM head (unless and until it craps out, as they seem wont to do...)
