I have two 2002/2003 S Types, both with standard non-premium audio.

I'd like to add an amp and sub to the cars but I do a lot of travelling for work and the boot/trunk is often filled with stuff, so I need to keep as much space free as possible. Both cars come with a space saver tyre so I was hoping to build a couple of custom circular sub boxes to fit in the wheel well.

Before I go pulling up carpets and trim, are there already audio and amp switch wires present in the boot somewhere? I'm assuming the standard head unit only has 2 speaker outputs and no line out for an amp? I'm looking for suitable replacement head units if that is the case
