Default X Type radio/cassette removal, HELP!

HI, I have a 2004 X Type and want to swap the radio/cassette unit over for one that fully functions, but after removing the two bolt headed type screws behind the ash tray, the unit including the heater/climate control will only tilt partly out from the base of the cassette unit. There must be a hidden clip which holds the top in place which I need to release.I wonder if its possible just to extract the radio cassette ?
PLEASE HELP, THANKS, Reggie

I don't think there is any clips...
Please check the Metra's instruction. It should be easy to remove it.
