X-TYPE speaker problem
hi everyone,
i have a friend that is a proud owner of an X-type but with limited Internet experience. he has asked me if i can find out about his problem with the speaker system on his jag! he likes listening to his music quite loud but as he turns up his stalk system the bass makes the music sound terrible. he wants to keep his stalk head unit as its got the steering controls. anysuggestionswould be much appreciated thanks.

If he still has factory speakers in the doors they are probably blown. All you are hearing when you turn the music up is the subs, which if still factory are not very good either.
Best bet is to upgrade all door speakers (5 1/4") I believe and the sub. Not sure about the size there. I am sure it is an odd one though.
