I wonder if anyone has good recommendations for dealer service in Sydney.
I bought me car from Concord and they were good at first but my last experiences were very ordinary with them never getting back to me about queries and not following up on stuff.

so I tried Alto Artarmon as I had had good experiences with other brands with them, but the guy whose checked in my car had no idea, he tried to sell me a tyre rotation on my F Type which can’t be done because of different sized wheels and didn’t believe me when Imtold him that, I had to show hi. The tyre sizes. They then tried to tell me it needed $300 of new spark plugs which were well within their useful life and shouldn’t cost more than $100 fitted, and then they didn’t fix a trim piece I had asked them to. And then to add insult to injury when they sent a text afterwards asking if I was happy and I said no they didn’t bother to follow up.

Are there any good ones? I usually go independent after warranty but for this car I wanted to stay dealer for a while but I may have to reconsider.

Just noted your post had drawn no replies. Things JF in Sydney do seem rather quiet at present, but I am sorry that your request has gone unanswered. While I am long removed from the big smoke, with great contacts up north (PMQ, Coffs, GC & Bris), let me try to help.

I suggest you contact regional coordinator Jim [Daf11e] who is located in NW suburbs. I know there is a Jaguar trained independent out Dural way - perhaps not so convenient, but apparently very reliable and fair priced. My embarrassment is compounded because, while I know the chap, I cannot conjure up his name or business. I know that Jim does.

I suggest you PM Jim direct, although this bump may jog things along.
