Hello to fellow members and enthusiasts. I am very new to this group and the Jaguar family. I have placed a deposit on on XKR with a pickup next Tuesday. I am not very familiar with all the variants of the XKR and I have some questions that some members of this group may assist with. The XKR has a build date of November 2011 and compliance date for Australia in March 2011 and sold in June 2011. I have found the following details: Paint 'Status Grey' Trim 'Warm Charcoal' Builds
sheet Features listed...Speed Pack Body Kit ...Automatic Transmission...Super performance Brakes... Red Calipers with 'R' ...Adaptive Dynamics...10/limo front suspension...LESS spare wheel...20" Kalimnos -Gloss Black....Grill- Gloss Black...Drvr and Pass _16 way....Engine Torque 625nm...Speed limiter 174mph / 280 kph...Canvas Alston Head liner...Alston upper...piano veneer...There are lots of other things listed that mainly relate to trim and carpets and minor accessories that are probably standard across the range
The vehicle has stickers on each front wing behind the front wheels. There are in Red and are of a signature and the words 'Ian Callum' printed underneath. The stickers are red in colour

This vehicle was sold in Queensland Australia and had a Registration number of 'BOMBERS'

The Car sales people are advertising this vehicle as an 'Ian Callum Special' with Black Pack.
I have been unable to find any listing on the internet on such a vehicle
Do any members know of this vehicle, or this type of model?

What are the members thoughts?

Jaguar produced several limited editions of the XK. Some of these were market specific where the differences were purely cosmetic and others were performance upgrades. You will get a wider response to your question by posting in XK/XKR forum.
