Maybe check out Jaguar Drivers.ca on facebook, they used to organise a few fun runs in the spring and the fall. If you are itching for a drive there is Brits on the Lake in port Perry in a couple weeks. Or Ontario Jaguars assoc. also have a few events.

 

Hi Ron, I have posted on the F-type Canadian face book page a couple of times hoping to get something arranged. There are a few of us in the area (I am in London). I also came from Porsche and the dealership did a good job of arranging drives and track days.
I am always up to a run should you have some ideas. The Facebook page has a little more traffic if you win to try there.

Yeah, I'm on there, posted and didn't get much response, but it's also summer and people might be on holidays. From your name here - I'm guessing your Jeff from London? You did post. We'll have to get together sometime - that's how I met a few Porsche guys in the area, starts with a few meet up's here and there and build some momentum.

 

Hi Ron. Thought your name was familiar. Yes there should be enough of us in the area to get something going if we keep trying. I am giving autocross a try this weekend, but I still have a couple of weekends open.

 

I'm heading to Port Perry for Brits on the Lake tomorrow. Will be leaving London around 6:00am. Join up if you feel like having a drive/car show day.

Not a problem Ron, it was quite an early morning for me. Started up at 6:00 in the dark, watched the red sun come up in the east (I think it is from the forest fire smoke in the air). I posted some pics on Facebook Jaguar Drivers.ca. There was a monster F-type called project 7 there.
