I am not a specialist to recognise North American cars especially when modified, but I was intrigued as well, so I zoomed the photo on the windscreen card and it appears to be a 1942 ******. The 1942 is fairly clear but the brand is quite fuzzy.
It seems to come from Niagara on the Lake (N.O.T.L.)
I found this pic online of a more standard one
