Default Garage Door Wars....Dont you hate when this happens - video footage

GARAGE DOOR WARS

2006 Black Porsche Cayanne Turbo S with garage door damage/paint transfer on the back hatch along with extensive scratches caused by the local tunnel wash. (Garage door was closed but the vehicle was not in all the way, causing it to slide down the back of the vehicle)

Here is a video that I made today, which took me forever....but hopefully all of you watching can pick up on a thing or two on paint correction.
Feel free to leave comments on my you tube channel or on here. If I can answer any questions, please fire them off....

I will also post products used and some techniques and tips...and I will add annotations to the video as well....after I finish up taking car of my clients for today! I have a 09 M/B CLS550 AMG and a 09 Porsche Cayman S both black to handle today.

Thanks again

WOW Dave...what a great vid

I was so impressed to see the correction methods used and the finish achieved against the damage before you started the procedures. I know the 10 minute vid probably took forever to make / edit etc but I was hungry for more.....coulda watched the whole process on a half hour version just as easily...lol.

Thanks for sharing....very very interesting to see you and your team in action

THANK YOU Dave,

Great video, it puts what you have been teaching us into action and illustrates the speeds and pressures that you use with the machines, coupled with your gentle approach.

As per Jim's comment, can't wait for the next episode.

All the best,
Richard

Wow - Nice one Phd12volt / innovative detailing

That'd be really cool if that went ahead. The first member to have some detailing work done by our resident detailer!
Please keep us informed if it goes ahead. If it does between the 2 of you I'm sure we'll have plenty of pics and a great write up
