Tiny chips on headlights. any advice?

Tiny chips on headlights. any advice?
Hi All,
My 2003 XJR (US spec) caught a rock in the right high beam. I ordered a new one from Partstrain.com. Got the new one in a jiffy.
The problem I have is this. The new headlight makes the other three look like.. crap, the other three all have been subjected to a light sandblasting from normal driving. Is there anything that will clean up these (Glass) headlights. I really don't want to buy new ones. But this looks not so hot.
