Default hard brake pedal

im having some trouble stopping the brakes dont seem to have much sevo assist i have stripped and checked all calipers changed all brake fluid and checked the servo vacum pipe now suspect the vacum pump i cant find any info on the pump on the data base has anybody changed one or is more likely the servo any help greatly appreciated its a 2005 2.7 diesel s type

the easy way to check if your servo is working is sit in car with engine off pump brake pedal repeatedly until it goes hard hold foot on pedal then start engine and your foot should go down a little if servo is working
