Jaguar 2.7 TDVI Diesel Replacement Engine

Has anyone had a Jaguar 2.7 TDVI diesel with a broken crankshaft had the engine replaced under factory warranty?

Yes, but your car is 8 years old with 75K miles on it. Warranty is long gone.

Not quite so simple here (the law of England and Wales, also EU...).

But the chance of someone who has had such AND reads here: roughly zero.
