I'm getting messages: Start engine, battery low. My dealer no longer has the franchise, but replaced the battery under warranty 2 years ago. Now with cold weather I am getting message: Start engine, battery low. So far it starts & runs, but I am still getting same message, So, I am looking replacing it again with a AC Delco from Rock Auto; any one out there use this product? Is it satisfactory?
Yes, it sounds like you need a new battery. Nothing wrong with AC Delco. I show two AC Delco numbers for the E-Pace battery (S58090AGM and S80L4AGM). Not sure what the difference is. Always had good service from Rock Auto whenever I needed parts for my Corvette.
I am located n Australia and AC Delco isn't readily available here. I bought a comparable battery at a local auto parts store and installed it myself. I plugged a "Memory Minder" into one of my 12v sockets and nothing had to be reprogrammed. If I lived in the States and couldn't install a new battery myself, then I would go to someplace like Auto-Zone that has stores nationwide (to honor the warranty). They will use a memory minder to retain all of your settings. Sorry, but only somebody with more money than brains would take their car to a dealer for anything other than a warranty issue.
So, you have replaced the OEM battery with a Delco. Did your dealer have to re-program your car?
Your XE does not need re-programing when changing battery. Just take the old one out and connect the new one in. Make sure the connections are + to + and - to -. After connecting the battery, push lock and unlock botton 2X on remote for car's computer to acknowledge remote.
Buy any H7 AGM brand battery, If you're in USA, Walmart sells the cheapest H7 AGM batteries and has 4 year warranty to it. Never buy battery that is not AGM

I finally found locally an Interstate # MTX-94R/H7, which is the model # that fits the E-Pace. My dealer assured me that you do not have to re-program the car after installing a new battery.
This is the third battery I have had in this car; what I can't understand is why Jaguar doesn't use a better
battery in new vehicles... there should enough profit to do that. We love the car-it performs well, but I hope this is the last battery for it. The dealer Installed a new one 2-1/2 years ago under warranty. I also have a 2002 XK8 with an AMG battery which is doing well.

Before replacing batteries that are less than 5 years old try disconnecting the battery ground cable for at least 30 seconds. Then reconnect the battery. This is a trick that many of us F-Type owners use after someone has plugged into the vehicle OBD port but improperly exited from the vehicle's system before disconnecting. In my experience, as well as that of many others, the vehicle fails to power down after the OBD port is used thereby draining the battery. Disconnecting the ground cable resets the vehicle system such that the vehicle will power down all electronics, go into sleep mode, and battery drain is eliminated. If you try this method you might find that you'll have to make several attempts before windows and power trunk/boot will operate. Eventually they will operate. On F-Types this is normal for the process after an emissions test or dealer accesses the OBD port. In my case, even unfamiliar/inexperienced Jaguar technicians have inadvertently caused this problem in my F-Types. As soon as the "low battery" warning appears, I go through the routine.
I called the Dealer in Jackson, MS, who suggested I find an Interstate battery #MTX-94R/H7, and I found one at a tire shop nearby & had it installed. That was on Dec. 9, 2024. So far, no issues. 2018 E-Pace, 65K miles.
