Do not buy an e-pace!!!
I am extremely upset about this vehicle. After 4 years and 110k miles, the engine has blown and needs a new one even though ALL REQUIRED MAINTENANCE was done. Worse, Jaguar sales was not willing to work with me at all. Sales said, "the vehicle isn't worth anything to us with a bad engine and even if you replace it, the vehicle will be considered 'unknown miles' with the new engine and we wouldn't give you anything for it." The service department advised that they are "bracing for a string of service problems of the same kind" because of the maintenance guidelines being 20k miles for oil change. Terrible product.
No such thing as “unknown miles”. Not sure where that came from. Miles follow the VIN, not the engine.
A “blown” engine is very vague. What broke? What happened?
A vehicle with a replaced engine is not uncommon in the industry “we wouldn’t give you anything for it” sounds like an inaccurate characterization of the conversation that transpired.
In most states, replacing the engine does not even qualify you for a “S” title (salvage). That will lower the vehicles value for sure.

GGG, you just cracked me up! Perfectly worded!
No background information to explain the unusually high mileage which takes the vehicle out of warranty or the apparent lack of support from a dealer who must have made a significant return from supplying and servicing the vehicle.
I'm interested to see if Kerrijj10 comes back with an update.
