Is something missing

Can you peek at your car and tell me if there Is something missing in the space above the fluid reservoir and below the headlight? Is the plug hanging in that space for the front bumper park assist?

If everything is functioning in your car, that plug is something that is available only as optional equipment.
I've seen those not only Jaguars but to other car brands I've owned as well
