Default Taking the front bumper off, any tips?

I need to replace my front driver side headlight so I need to remove the front bumper.
What's the pit falls of doing this? Is there any tricky bits I should watch out for.

Thanks in advance
Steve

Proper penetrating fluid - not WD40 it's not what it's for - well before you start, but even then expect to cut or drill off various parts. 10+ years of rust - nightmare.

It is pretty easy. Only word of advice, when putting the bolts that hold the corners of the bumpers on (from the top) use some tape to make sure the bolt doesn't come off the socket.

Just did it a few days ago to do some baking with the headlights. Rick's gouge is good....but no way I can approach his 1/2 hour cycle time! (and I've got air ratchets!!) Biggest obstacle will be if you have a Rust-Belt car...that might cause you some grief.....
