I love mine and get all the looks. People stop me all the time asking me what it is LOL! Had a guy stop me at the car wash and grill me for twenty minutes until I let him sit in her, apparently I had created a convert.
Why get E-Pace when F-Pace is only slightly more expensive?
Because E-Pace is smaller and easier to park? Macan is Porsche's #1 seller; why don't people pony up a little more for a used Cayenne?
Bigger isn't always better.
I am new to the E-Pace. Just purchased mine a month ago. I actually like that it is new and unique. I am coming from an Infiniti G37. While there were not a whole lot in my area, there were a few. I like being in a unique car...so I am glad that they are not all over the place. Of course, you dont see many Jaguars around here. Audis and BMWs are a dime a dozen around here. I feel they look generic, so I went in a different direction.
I did test drive the Discovery Sport, which felt like a close "competitor" to the E-Pace. I know the Evoque is compared a lot, but like the Volvo XC40 and BMW X1, they both seem just a tad too less. I liked the extra room of the Discovery Sport and did have a hard time deciding. In the end, coming from a sports sedan, the E-Pace had a sporty drive and feel.
I also test drove a Mercedes GLB. I felt like my grand parents driving that. Very neat tech in it though.
In the end, I think the E-Pace sells to those that want a special "feel". If people shop for it with a checklist, then I think it might not jump off the page.

Pics please??
I haven't seen one in the 'wild' lately; but then, there aren't many cars anywhere during the pandemic.
Last one I saw was in downtown Palm Springs 3 months ago. Corris Grey that stood out in a crowded parking lot. My friend stood there admiring it for a few minutes. She had no idea Jaguar makes SUV's! It'll be her next car after her GLE lease ends.
These are from when we came home with it. There is an odd reflection over the front wheel that looks like a white mark. That is not actually on the car. I am not a photo person, so I dont have too many around. So, no front, rear on inside shots.
I was actually thinking about going away from the black exterior, black interior (roof is a off white, which is nice). But...this had the price and features. I do really like the black look. It is my favorite when made to look all glossy.
Looks nice. I have seen a few where I live, they look good in white and red as well.
For wheels, I have found Jag wheels are tremendously heavy and Jag's faith in Pirelli is a bit misplaced. I would go a nice set of forged wheels with thin spokes. I put Vorsteiners on my car with Michelin tyres, the ride and handling was hugely improved. For yours, maybe diamond cut to get both the dark and the silver in. If you were going OEM, I reckon that the Propellers (20 inch) or the Venoms (19 inch) would look great, though on my few drives of the E Pace I thought it rode better on 19's.
The E-Pace is essentially a Land Rover with different exterior panels so it didn't cost all that much to develop. It is made of steel, the F-Pace is aluminium, so actually weighs more than the F-Pace. It is assembled in Austria by Magna, a car assembly contractor that also assembles some Mercedes and BMW models on the same site.
I like your wheel suggestions. I started looking online a couple of weeks ago. The number of choices for the rims boggles my mind. I like choices but that was too many...ha. At least it is saving me a bit of cash...haha.

Good statements. All that I had seen during research.
That is why the DiscoSport and E-Pace were hard choices. Basically the same thing. That is why it came down to style for me.
I do find it odd that they went steel. It is a heavy car. Maybe they needed the steel to get the shaping in the size that they wanted. I could not find the real reason behind that. For me, it did not impact the things that mattered to me. Looks nice and fun to drive.
I test drove the Mazda CX9, DiscoSport, Mercedes GLB. Putting them in Sport mode and shifting them, the E-Pace had the best fun factor. Not saying that the others did not have their pluses (CX9 more for less, DiscoSport more room, GLB tech).
From what I read, the manufacturing in the Austria plant is actually a good thing. They are supposed to do a good job of building cars. At least Jaguar stands behind it with a 5 year 60K warranty. Hard to beat that in the luxury line.
Those look nice. I will need to see if I can find the part number and pricing. Still have not pulled the trigger on replacing so I am still in the market.
Still have not seen many E-Paces around. I am starting to see some more F-Paces out there. While the F-Pace is nice looking, there are some slight differences that make the E-Pace standout. The only thing I miss about picking the E-Pace is the cargo space. I could use just a little more.
Coming from two Evoques previously the E-Pace is much more fun to drive. All wheel drive and decent clearance help in Houston, Texas. Here is our R-Dynamic alone and cuddled up to the XK-R. Super city car for the two of us.
Drive fast,
Nick R-Dynamic E-Pace S Santorini Black. Good looking... ...and fun to drive. First date with the XK-R. The children will be beautiful.
