Default 1974 XKE front rotor replacement

I am looking for some technical advice on removing the front rotors on a 1974 Jaguar XKE. The Repair Operation Manual for Jaguar Series III V.12 E Type I have seems to be referring to a different vehicle. The diagram does not match my Hub and rotor. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We need more detail than you have provided. Can you take photos of relevant page in the manual, and what you actually have on the car. Series 3 E-types were only made for a short time, and there were no braking changes.

Here are pictures of the page in the manual and the actual hub and rotor. I assume the rotor can be replaced by removing the bolts. However, access through the disc shield is extremely limited.

Have you removed the center castellated nut? That would let you slide the rotor and hub off the bearing/axle assembly and then give you room to separate the hub from the rotor.

+1
The Series 3 E-Types came with bolt-on pressed steel wheels so the workshop manual shows a hub for these, not the ones for centre-lock wire wheels. However both types of hub are held on with the centre nut.

Hub comes off of stub axle will need to pull cotter pin and then castellated nut. I have had to heat the rotor bolts in the past in some instances to ease removal
