wiper blade removal
If you mean how to remove the rubber blade itself from the metal arm, you don't. You replace the entire metal arm with rubber blade attached (from SMG Barratt, for example). The shaft stays the same. If you want to remove the metal arm from the shaft, you pull outward while pulling up on the release flap. There is a small nub of metal on the shaft that sits inside a recessed cutout in the arm/blade. You have to get those to clear each other to get the arm to pop off. I know that's a pretty vague explanation, but it's my recollection and all I can do without a video!
