E type S2 gearbox overhaul main shaft

E type S2 gearbox overhaul main shaft
Gearbox complete overhaul underway, counter shaft removed, constant pinion removed, how do you remove the main shaft aft bearing before tilting shaft for removal, very limited space, manual info is light on. Any help appreciated.

I see it's been a couple weeks but did you get the bearing out?
Looking at the parts exploded diagram, if you remove the circlip the bearing should come right out after the main shaft is correctly aligned and tapped forward off the bearing.
