Default Fastener Sizes

Does anyone know if there's a listing available of the sizes of the fasteners used on V12 E-types (ideally relating the jaguar part number to the fastener spec)? I bought my car with some parts (mostly body fittings) off the car, after a respray, but the fasteners were not with the parts, so now it's a pain to have to work by trial and error (and danger of damage) to work out what the thread should be, particularly where I have inaccessible captive nuts that I need to find screws/bolts for.

For standard fasteners Jaguar used a code that I managed to translate when I was doing work on a 1980 XJ6, but I can't remember it. It gave the length in 1/8" and the diameter, and whether it was a bolt or a screw. Almost all fasteners of that era were UNF or UNC. UNC is mostly used for tappings in aluminium parts. Electrical parts can have BA threads.

If in doubt, buy a thread gauge and check yourself against a table of threads and standards.
