How can I take them off?

 

Might want to elaborate mate.....You might get a better response beyond, "use a few hand tools"...
Also, posting your location, perhaps a name will help, as well.

I've already used all the tools and taken all the bolts out and it won't move at all. Is the rearend putting force down on it? Do I need to jack up the body and they will fall right out? Is there some kind of sequence I need to follow?

 

More than likely, the forward end is fused stuck to the rubber mounting pad. If possible squirt the area with PB Blaster or similar and let soak. for 24 hours. Afterwards, try wedging each loose from it's cup. Perhaps, lifting the body slightly at the rear jack points will allow the weight of the rear cage to help loosen.
These are well known for this. When I replaced mine, I covered the area with anti-seize.

Let us know it that technique works for you...I ended up having to cut them off with a "Wiz-wheel"...(very carefully!)...After drilling the rubber all around, and dropping away the arm, leaving the cup still attached...One good cut in the cup, then whacked it off with a cold chisel.
