Default V12 Rear Brake Noise

I have owned this V12 coupe for 30 years and for the recent time have suffered a “binding” noise from the rear brakes (when slowing at traffic lights for example). Under full braking there is no noise and effective braking. I have recently replaced or serviced the following components:
Brake Pads with copper grease at the piston face, Rotors, Calipers, Differential, Uni Joints, Radius- Arm Bushes. Does anyone have suggestions to eliminate the noise?

Were calipers centered on rotors. How long was break-in period?

Are the rear brakes binding when off ? You can need about 200 miles to get the pads bedded in as the rear brakes don't do so much as the fronts.

Hi Larry K
Thanks for your comments.
Yes the calipers were centred on the rotors.
I have installed several types of pads in the search for a solution and have given each the appropriate bedding-in procedure. The solution continues to evade me!!

Hi Fraser Mitchell
My reference to "binding" was simply to describe the noise which emanates when braking lightly. No, there is no actual binding and the brakes do not drag at all. I shall continue to beaver away or learn to live with the noise!!
Thanks for your comments
