Default xke 2+2 v8

I know this can make a purist cringe, but i've always liked the series 3 2+2 and always wanted one with a v8 conversion. i'm considering buying one and doing the conversion, there are plenty of cars in good shape with a poor running v12, but i thought i'd ask this group if they know of any with the conversion already done that are available for sale. anyone?

400hp 450ftlbs of torque 75lbs less weight for $4000, including all the accessories and the transmission. And it doesn't even need premium fuel. And it bolts in with a simple kit.
