Bringing a US spec 1995 XJS 2+2 Convertible to France
My wife and I will be moving to France later this year, and we are planning to bring our US spec 1995 XJS 2+2 Convertible with us.
I am trying to find out what, if any, changes I will have to make to it to be able to register it in France. Can anyone help me with this information, or point me to where/who to contact?

Poking around on the internet it looks like the biggest problem getting an XJS (back) into Europe is the headlights... Does anyone know if, an in that case how, the Euro fixtures are different from the US versions on a 1995 XJS?

Members importing RHD Jaguars (with left dipping headlamps) have had major problems and costs retrofitting right dipping headlights. I'd expect your LHD vehicle fitted OE with with right dipping headlights wouldn't be a problem.
A greater issue is likely to be getting European Type Approval for the vehicle.
