This has happened on at least 10 occasions:

Infotainment System not completely loading: upon starting my vehicle, my infotainment system will not completely load to the point I have the option “Press screen to continue”. The screen remains completely black and NONE of the functions of the infotainment system works (i.e. backup cameras, radio, connection to my phone…..). The infotainment system remains on the black screen until I turn off the vehicle, get out of the vehicle, and lock the vehicle until the infotainment system resets on its own.
Infotainment System freezes: upon starting my vehicle, my infotainment system loads but freezes (has frozen on the growler screen, backup camera screen, and phone screening while I was making a call) shortly thereafter and remains frozen, whereas NONE of the functions of the infotainment system works (i.e. backup cameras, radio, connection to my phone…..). The infotainment system remains frozen until I turn off the vehicle, get out of the vehicle, and lock the vehicle until the infotainment system resets on its own.

 

UPDATE: Took my F-Pace to the dealership on Friday for this issue again. Service Manager informed me there's a major update that should take about 3 hours and will fix this issue. Service Manager needed my permission first because this update will change my current appearance/settings on my infotainment system. More to follow and will provide update next week once I get my F-Pace back and check out the new appearance/settings.

 

UPDATE: My F-Pace has been updated with the INCONTROL TOUCH PRO Phase 4.0 software. Totally changed the appearance on my infotainment system and it actually looks nicer. For example, the music screen was pretty boring, but not anymore. Jaguar did a really nice job with this phase 4.0 software update. Also, have not had any problems thus far with not completely loading and/or freezes.
