I've moved your question from F-Type to F-Pace forum.
If your vehicle has the appropriate hardware fitted then activation will require Jaguar SDD (Symptom Driven Diagnostics) system. However, I would read the small print in the warranty very carefully before having anyone other than a Jaguar Dealer reprogram modules on a new vehicle.
