Default 2021 wipers juddering

Have a six month old 2021 FPace. Wipers were working fine. Went to a hand car wash, afterwards wipers were juddering terribly. Brought car to dealer (North Miami Jaguar), left it there most of the day, they said it is fixed. Today was raining and the wipers are the same as they were, juddering and barely clearing windshield! Any suggestions? I never had this problem on a car before, hard to believe a car made in England where it rains all the time has lousy wipers! Equally hard to believe that the dealer did not solve the problem and said they did! Thanks!

I have a strong feeling the car wash guys applied some chemicals on the windshield. Let's see if this will solve the problem, apply Windex on the windshield or if you don't have one use the vinegar/water solution: Mix one part distilled vinegar to 10 parts warm water in a spray bottle. Clean the wipers as well as it got contaminated by chemicals that was applied by the car wash guys. After you're done wipe the windshield & wipers with a clean cloth. Use the Water Hose method this time, spray the windshield with water using water hose & turn on the wipers. See if it streaks or judders

+1 to the glass and rubber cleaning.

I always use an additive in my screenwash which helps cut through the dirt, reduce smearing and lubricates the contact between blade and glass.

No necessity to use the Jaguar brand. Here in England we have plenty to choose from and plenty of opportunity for brand comparison.

Wiper judder/chatter was a seemingly intractable problem I had with my MG TF. Its a 2009, one of the last made, and still had its original wiper blades. Cleaning didn't work, a change of blades (two changes to different makes and designs) didn't work. Then one day, I saw a third offer on the wiperblades website I was looking at. So I ordered a pair and wow, the problem completely disappeared. That was about 2 years ago. The car now sees very little use and is sitting in my garage.
