Adding heated steering wheel

I have a 2022 F Pace with no heated steering wheel option and I wanted to know if its possible to add it. I spoke to my dealer and he said that the build file on the car cant be changed so even if I added it the car would reject it. Is this true? I can see the heated steering wheel Icon on the steering wheel (doesnt light up when car is on) and nothing happens when I press it.

it appears that C2C7505 is the part number and its just a module, would I be able to connect this to the harness under the dash? is there more to it? Or impossible like the dealer said?
