Best Place to mount a Smartphone?

Hi guys,

My problem is that I can't find a great place to mount a smartphone. Windshield mounting puts the phone too far. Andy Ideas? Thanks...

Got a somewhat complete answer pending. I'm guessing due to the links I've included and my new status on the forum it's awaiting moderator approval.

Edit: Complete and utter fail. I somehow managed to confuse F-type and F-pace. That's embarrassing. Post still not approved, so I guess no harm done lol...
