F-Pace Maintenance
I was skeptical when I saw it, but FRAM makes an oil that meets STJLR 51.5122 spec. It is FRAM 0W-20 Full Synthetic High Mileage. It's right on the label. I used it a couple of times on both of my Jaguar vehicles (V8 and V6SC) and it works as well as the ridiculously-priced $20/quart Castrol Professional you might get from the dealership shop (and trust me - I've done it)...
If a company the size of FRAM puts that spec on there, they must be in compliance - they would never risk the kind of exposure that would result from falsely claiming that the product meets the standard.
Just another possibility aside of Ravenol or Liqui Moly.

Thanks,
I posted this on F-Type forum not so long ago. Castrol Edge 0W-20 EP synthetic sold at Walmart now meets JLR specs.

Important to have a small tube that reaches all the way to the bottom to get the extractor to work, but in my time in the shop doing them, I preferred to drain from the bottom just for assurance. It's not that bad to pull the underpanel on a lift, but I get that it could be a pain on the floor.
Usually when I found not a lot of oil gets extracted, the engine didn't have that much oil in it to begin with. Very possible the PCV system is starting to allow more oil consumption in many cases.

Reach all the way to the bottom of what? On mine there is a metal tube right at the top where you fill the oil up. Just connect to that and suck it all out.
I'm surprised if there is 'not a lot of oil to come out' - that means something is seriously wrong! I've had 5 of these engines in V8 and 6-cyl across jags and LRs to over 100k miles each over the past decade or so. And none of them have ever seen any oil loss between annual servicing. If you think you are burning or leaking oil that is definitely not normal in my experience.
