Default F-Pace rear brake sensor connector

Ok it is tough to get to it, but I CAN get to it. However, after quite a bit of time, I cannot figure out how to release the connection. I see the "bumps" on the new one, but I dont see anything on the connection that looks like a tab to pry on to release the connection on the old one. Any ideas?

Here is a pretty good picture of the sensor and its connector.

The pad connector (circled in RED) or the harness connector (circled in BLUE)?

You will usually destroy the pad connector unless the pad is first removed and it can be slid sideways to release. The new one just pushes in and is locked by the copper coloured spring round the perimeter.

I don't recall any issues disconnecting the harness when I did mine so it must have been unremarkable.

The usual way is to slide a thin bladed screwdriver into the housing to lift it clear of the locking tab (see the raised black moulding on the top behind the white plug section) and then pull it apart. To assemble, the male end is just pushed into the female housing until it locks.
