Hi new here I am looking for help.

Purchased a used F pace 3.0 V6 diesel. Absolutely loved the car until recently its been back to the dealer 3 times in 2 months. Each time its been related to error with the fuel sender or the fuel filter. Gone back in again today as the fuel sender error re occurred then 1 day later car went into limp mode with red error stating fuel filter is full.

Luckily I purchased approved used so its been covered under warranty until now. However I am arguing with the dealer that there must be another issue causing the failure. However as its an approved used warranty all they seem to want to do is replace the part the ECU tells them is faulty rather than investigate what's causing the fault to re occur?

Hope that makes sense? has anyone had similar issue or can help and advise.
