Hi guys, I've joined you in the F Pace club with a 2019 S.
It was shipped from Hennessy in Atlanta, but they didn't send the spare key or the literature package.
A quick call and they promised to ship them, the package showed up the key is good but they have sent me a mish mash of literature, mostly E Pace.
Before I call again I just wanted to be sure of what I should have.
Can anybody post a list of all the items that should be in the literature package?

What you should get is the printed version of the manual, one book. No service book since this is all online. Also the leatherette cover.

They tell me it should be in the mail on Monday so we'll see.
I would have preferred to go personally to close the deal and pick up the car but wasn't able to. Once everything was signed up they didn't have much interest in me anymore.
I have been using the online manual, just wanted to be sure I had the full package to stay with the car.

 

Sorry to hear you had a problem with Hennessy. I bought our 2019 back in Nov from them and they were great, even after the purchase and I was home back in NJ. (Flew down and drove home).
