My wife came home from work unset as she noticed what she thought was dirt turned out to be paint chipped off her drivers side door down at the body line.
I contacted the dealer today. Sent them pictures. They said they’ll get back to us later today. We’ll see.

Two things: first, you have posted to the F -Type forum, not the F-Pace forum. Two entirely different beasts. But second, your 2018 car is now 6 model years old. This sort of damage cannot reasonably be a warranty issue; it may be the result of slight sagging of the door but given its location near the bottom edge of the door it could have started by scraping the open door on a rock, a curb or other projection.
And if by chance you are not the original owner, there may have been damage by a previous owner. A slight adjustment of the door would likely cure the interference, and the paint repair is minor.
The dealer will handle this strictly in accordance with Jaguar Warranty.
This is for my F-Pace in the UK. Check your Owner's Handbook (or perhaps a separate warranty booklet) for terms specific to the USA.
As you can see, paint is 3 years and corrosion is 6 years. USA may be different as warranty terms do vary across World markets.
Your issue is certainly paint and not corrosion although that looks very thick for an original factory finish. I had a corrosion claim in year 6 for my XK and this is what it looked like:
Repaired under warranty and has not returned four years later.
