I like to have the phone’s screen visible, even when I’m running CarPlay. Which I can’t at the moment because my TCU is faulty and I can’t get the new update for the infotainment module that solves the no voice guidance problem. Anyway, I run Waze without a destination almost all the time. It will still tell you of “obstructions” along the way on the particular roadway you’re driving.

This is the Kuda mount, made in Germany. I’ve had these mounts in my cars since I discovered them in 2007. Modified the new Belkin MagSafe mount to stay on the Kuda with VHB tape.

 

I've used BRODIT mounts in several other Jaguars but that KODA mount looks much better than their version for the F-PACE:

That’s the same as ProClip here in the States. I had to use them for the F Type because Kuda doesn’t make one for F Type.
