Default Problems with 2018 F-Pace S

Good afternoon all; curious if any of you are experiencing or have experienced:

1. Oil leaks from the 'variable timing' covers (I believe this is what the Service Dept told me)
2. Squeaky brakes (changing brake pads due to known problem - guessing they are softer material and prob won't last as long and generate more brake dust)

The vehicle has roughly 2000 miles on it.

Thanks in advance!

Dealer just called with update - oil leak turned out to be 'oil filter housing' and not 'Variable Timing' cover as suspected.

Still disappointed with early hour quality of vehicle to date....guess nearly $80K doesn't buy you what it used to...lol

I had the squeaky brake issue as well. New pads corrected it...
