Does anyone know if EU/UK headlights will work on a US Car? modules the same? plugs? just programming?

 

Let me start by stating clearly that I don't KNOW the answer but, as no one else is jumping in with a reply, have checked the Parts Catalogue (JEPC) for relevant information.

F-Pace headlamps come in three types:

1. Halogen
2. LED
3. Xenon

Normally MARKET differences are clearly detailed in the Parts Catalogue but there is nothing different shown in any of the above types which suggests a LHD headlamp is the same for all markets. Here's Halogen as an example:




Note number changes with VIN range which usually indicates a design upgrade although it can sometimes just be a change of OE supplier.

I no longer have to adjust healamps on either my XK or F-Pace (both RHD for the UK) when driving on the Continent but LHD and RHD are listed separately so there must be differences between them. However, you wouldn't have this issue with headlamps of the same type and VIN range from a LHD mainland European country.
