there is a setting in gauge cluster menu for auto leveling high beam (or something like that) if so equipped, which toggle between left hand drive or right hand drive. I’d assume they are the same.

If you are buying junkyard parts I’d try and ask the seller if they could provide you the label or part number on said part and compare them to your original unit.

That depends on the MY - my MY18 doesn't have any such setting. My Handbook says "Adjustment is required when driving abroad if the vehicle is fitted with LED headlight - do not use the AUTO lighting position. No adjustment is required if the vehicle is fitted with xenon headlights."

My 2018 (May 2017 build) has an option for the automatic high beams for driving on the left or driving on the right. It is under Convenience Features in the menus.

Do you have the facelifted LED ones or the pre facelift xenon? If former, I have no experience with that and it may well be different. If the latter, the hand book might be implying no (manual) adjustment required.

Vision pack 3 is also required for some functionality of the headlights, can't recall what exactly it entails right now

The 21+ face-lifted LEDs have a setting in the user menu in the gauge cluster that allows them to be set for LHD or RHD.
