I have a 2020 Jaguar F Pace that will not power close when hitting any button, hearing 3 beeps. It will close manually fine and open when hitting the buttons.
I tried new power struts that did not work. Disconnected battery and did not work
I disconnected the RTGM rear trunk gate module and reconnected. Things seamed to cycle through however, when I go to close at first point of reconnecting it acts like it still wants to open. Then after that just the 3 beeps
If your vehicle's tailgate is equipped with an anti-trap sensor (like in majority of modern cars has anti-trap sensors on power windows), that's the first thng I'm going to look at. If it does, it needs to be reset. Did the tailgate hit an obstacle while it's automatically closing? Or the tailgate is out of alignment. I believe the 3 beeps is an error code

No obstacle, it's giving me the 3 beeps and doing nothing
There's several pages of Bxxxx-yy (Body) error codes listed in the Workshop Manual for tailgate issues. It's one of those faults where a JLR Pathfinder session is the only logical way to troubleshoot.

took it to dealer and they replaced the struts, pinch strips, and rtgm. Had to contact Jaguar support they said the tailgate is out of alignment and needed to be taken to body shop.

I hope they mean adjustment rather than it's distorted.
There's a lot in the Workshop Manual on panel alignment in general and tailgate in particular. The main indicator appears to be this gap:
More detailed checks are described after body repairs:
Nothing there you can't measure yourself to get a true understanding of the situation before the dealer begins a tale of woe.
