Lightbulb Urgent Fpace radiator fan not running

Hi, My Fpace 2017 car used to show signs of coolant low, but there was no leaks or high temp on engine.
After close look I found that radiator fan is not running and now that summer is here I see engine heating up.
Need some advise what shall I look for to make fan running

What does signs of coolant low mean?

For the fan, have you pulled codes to see if any errors? How sure are you that it isn't running?

Coolant low sign shows up whenever I drive, despite adding more coolant message still shows up.
On a sunny day I ran the car in idling, and I saw engine temperature rising and the fan was not coming ON.
I saw hot coolant started coming out of storage tank due to expansion.
where do I check the fan codes?

Don't drive the car! Fix the coolant leak first. If you have to keep adding coolant then it's leaking!

Overheating is death to many modern engines.

A local auto shop or mechanic will be able to pull the codes. Often for free. (You need a code reader. )

Wouldnt it be that radiator fan is not working hence coolant is overheating and evaporating

No. It's a closed system. Unless the pressure is getting crazy high and escaping from the pressure release then you have two issues. A coolant leak and a fan not running

Engines with aluminum blocks are v sensitive to overheating. If you warp the block it's toast. Can do that in less than a minute. Need to pressure test the cooling system to find the leak and address that. Then also work out if thermostat isn't working to trigger the fan, or electrical issue with the fan itself

Could be a blown fuse or cooling fan relay or the fan motor is toast. See if there is something holding the fan from not running, could be any object like a loose wire or a coolant hose touching the fins of the fan. Regarding about the sudden lost of coolant, the best way to find it out is take off the under cover tray. The tray should catch the fluid leak. If not, get a flash light and look underneath of the engine and investigate. If you don't see any leaks either, pull the oil dipstick out or the oil cap and observe any signs of coolant contamination

we replaced thermostat and coolant sensor, right now I dont see "coolant low" sign anymore.
I dont see fan running through
weather was cooler last few days, not sure if that was a factor, engine not heating up high enough to trigger the fan

it may be fuse or relay, there is no trace of leak on tray or floor, they did a pressure test and claim they saw leak on rear manifold. Not sure how true that is. Because the coolant level always stay same.
