It's been awhile. I'm upgrading from a 2016 XF with 92k miles to a 2018 F-Pace with 30k. The car runs and looks great, but I found this...




Did the previous owner cut out some module or connection? Can anyone tell what was being accomplished here?

Thanks in advance! I have a warranty and can return the car no questions asked. I'm just wondering if I should RUN from this sale.
