All the tyres I've seen have a "J" in a circle to denote Jaguar (both Pirelli and Dunlop). Never seen "JRS".
Didn't find a circle "J" on the punctured tire. But both it and the replacement tire had "JRS" embossed on it.
I have to admit that I totally geeked out on this, and even used the DOT code to trace the manufacture date and location (March '21, Germany)
I also noted that the Pirelli website for the front tires on my MY21 lists both "XT/JRS" and "XT/J" under "Load and speed Index" as tires specific for Jaguar.
This website also lists other codes for Audi, Mercedes, Aston Martin, and Ferrari for the tire. But detailed descriptions for these others are the same as that for the Jaguar... specifically that the "asymmetric tread pattern improves braking performance while enhancing grip and control, in dry and wet conditions." Don't know whether these additional codes are just marketing, or whether they actually identify differences between these MFG's and/or the standard "XT" tires.
I was told by Tire Rack when I ordered the replacement that even though their site indicated Aston Martin applicability the tire was prescribed for Jaguar. I just looked and both the original right rear and left rear tires are marked AMS.
The week and year of manufacture are part of the DOT code. My new (not balanceable) tire was manufactured 0922, the original 0222. I knew this prior to the roofing nail incident and informed the rep. at Tire Rack that my acceptance of the replacement would be contingent on it not being too old--turns out it wouldn't have mattered, haha.

I've just been out to photograph the circled J for you, and blow me if my tyres don't have JRS on them too! All my previous Jaguar tyres have had the circled J mark - I wonder when/why it changed.
Earlier forum threads convinced me to switch to Costco for my tires.
All Costco tire techs are trained by Michelin, so I'm told.
They do a nitrogen fill, and use a torque wrench on the lug-nuts, and ask me to come back after 25 miles for a re-torque.
I've used Tire Rack in the past for my X-Type, had the local installer over-tighten the lug-nuts which was an expensive disaster.
The bolts that hold the lug-nuts on the F-Type are aluminum and MUST be set with a torque wrench or you will have expensive problems down the road.
Buy a good torque wrench and set/check your lug nuts yourself guys and girls.
My wife hit something in her Honda. Three of four tires blown. She never lost control.. but I pulled all 4 wheels and ordered from Tire Rack and mounted them myself.
I keep this picture around just in case she gives me grief if I want new tires
