0.50 mm pistons
hello all I have a problem in 1 cylinder of v8 SC its just one deep line
I can't find anyone to do a sleeve for the cylinder in my area but found for boring the cylinder to 0.50mm less
so my question is did anyone did this before? knowing that the pistons +0.50 are not originals but we can find after market
thank you all

Instead you might consider repairing the scratched cylinder.
Presumably if you bore one cylinder you should really rebore and fit oversize pistons all round.
Here is one article about repairing, and I am sur you could find others:

OTOH, why do you need to repair it? Is it really causing a problem or could you just drive it??

yes I already opened the engine and found that scratch. Porsche did repaired before a v8 Panamera turbo but it had a closed deck and did sleeving
but this aj133 engine no body want to sleeve it for me and there is no genuine parts
the only solution is to to bore all 8 cylinders to 0.50MM and change all 8 pistons
the problem here is the pistons are aftermarket and by cutting the cylinder walls it will be weak??
I wanted to know if anyone did this before me with aftermarket parts
thank you

Have you considered replacing the block entirely?:
