19in wheels F-Type & XFR
I know several of you have / had an XFR or XF-SC before the F-Type. I've a 2010 XF V8 supercharged with the 'big' 380mm front brakes (same as XFR). I have 20inch wheels which are prone to bending on potholes. When I first got winter tires 6 yrs ago I tried to find 19inch wheels but nothing seemed to clear the brakes, so I got 20s. Now I need new winter tires and reconsidering the 19in wheels. Seems like there are F-Types with 19inch wheels over the 380mm front brakes - is that right? If so, wouldn't they fit over my big brakes too?
Would love a view on which 19inch F-Type wheels fit the 380mm brakes? And how do offsets compare with the XF-SC (I have staggered 8.5inch front / 9.5inch rear wheels with 49mm front / 66mm rear)

They are also the exact same size as the XF wheels, 8.5" wide and 49 offset, it's just that they are designed with the spokes sitting out from the hub enough to clear the brakes.
Problem is the matching / same design rear wheels, while they will clear the brakes with oodles to spare, have a completely different offset to the XF rears (IIRC somewhere around 35) so they they will stick out a mile on an XF.
Last but not least stock F-Type 19" wheels are not exactly cheap and you are probably better off looking at after-market wheels.
If I were you I would have a look at Coventry wheels which are specifically designed to fit Jags, see here: https://www.coventrywheels.com/
Keep an eye on eBay if you're not in a rush. Occasionally you'll find very affordable sets of 19s if you don't mind checking periodically. Back in January I picked up a set of practically new Propellers for just over $900.
OEM F-Type wheels will definitely fit over the 380mm brakes, but as OzXFR mentioned, the rear wheels will interfere with the fender lips on the XF. The OP will need two sets of front F-Type 19" wheels to fit all the way around.
Thanks. Very helpful. So to clarify if I got 4x of the front 19in and put them all the way around that would be ok. But if I got a 'set' then the rears would poke out too far?
Are front and rear all 8.5 wide or is the standard F type a staggered width?

But for winter use a set of "front" 19 x 8.5 should be perfectly OK on the rear of an XF.
In fact, preferable. Better rear traction on snow with the narrower tires.
originalwheels.com is a good place to check for factory wheels. They carry like-new used wheels for very reasonable prices. There are other websites as well.
