I'd try killing the app and restarting it.

 

Ok - Removed and re-installed the app, and it is still the same unfortunately. The only data that is missing ins the 'Efficiency'.

Maybe it is because I'm on an old iPhone 4S or something daft?

No great shakes, maybe it's better NOT to know just how bad the fuel consumption is ;-)

 

Hmm, so I've taken a few trips in my car since installing the InControl app and linking it with the car, but have not seen any trip logs added to my Journeys record in the app or on the web site. I thought they were automatically uploaded as long as you traveled at least one mile? Has anyone else had any issues with this?

Aside from making sure that Journeys is active on the website (I also confirmed that the slide box is checked on in preferences) is there anything else I am missing or need to do in order to turn this on? Is there like a single weekly upload for the trips perhaps?

On the bright side, when I checked today the app now shows temperatures in degrees fahrenheit rather than celsius.

I have noticed that sometimes the journeys don't show up until a day later. But for me, they always show up.

Just today my app on my phone was updated... I didn't see any info on what might have changed or been improved though.

I have just updated to the latest version, and it seems to have fixed the issue that I was having (no efficiency figures).

 

Need a little help. I downloaded the In Control Remote App but it's not accepting my VIN. any suggestions?

 

InControl remote only works with 2016s and newer. If your car doesn't have the SOS button in the overhead console, your car wont work with InControl remote.

If you do have a 2016, the VIN may be associated with another person. For my car as an example, the dealer had activated it for demo purposes. The dealer has access to a web page to clear the association and reset it to allow someone else to activate InControl remote. Only takes a couple mouse clicks.
